Return Policy
We offer a 15 day return for eligible merchandise. Refunds are provided in the form of flashboost.shop. Refunds for items returned within 15 days of the arrival date of the order will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges). Any claims for damaged orders or missing items must be received within 24 hours (on business days) of receipt of package.
In case following conditions are not met FLASHBOOST reserves the right to charge 15% restocking fee or refuse the return.
– The items must be returned for refund or exchange within 15 days of original purchase
– Items and packaging must be received in new condition
– The original manufacture’s packaging must not be damaged
– Packaging must include all original items
– Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the shipping box
– Return package must include copy the original invoice or sale receipt

Exchanges
We regret to inform you that we do not facilitate product exchanges as we specialize in dietary supplement products. If you wish to replace your product, please follow the return instructions provided in the Returns section of our website. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue you a credit for the value of the item, which you can then use to purchase the product of your choice as a replacement.
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the order you want to cancel has been accepted, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund.
